Covid-19 crisis

Consequences of Corona

The projects are subdivided into the following four categories:

  1. Business as usual
  2. Executed but different
  3. Postponed projects
  4. Canceled projects

Consequences applications submitted in 2019:

  • Please contact us about any delay in your project due to the Corona pandemic.
  • Please contact us when the budget changes due to the pandemic, so that we can approve the changes in the project and items of the budget.
  • Please send us an email as soon as it becomes clear that the cancellation of the project is unavoidable.

Consequences of canceling:

  • The first payment must be refunded, whereby as a rule the percentage we approve of the total costs of the project will be used as the percentage of the overhead costs/salary costs that do not have to be refunded, while the variable costs (food, travel, etc.) must be refunded. Please note that in case the overhead/salary costs are higher than the first payment, we will not transfer an extra payment.

If organizations know before July 2021 that the project cannot be implemented/started before 2022, they cancel their project. When it is canceled they can apply for a new project before July 2021.

Organizations must implement plan B, in case plan A cannot be implemented due to the Covid-19 crisis. Please inform the staff of the JHF.
