Applications can only be submitted online via our Applicant Portal and must be completed before July 1st, 2026. The maximum grant request is 15,000 euros, and organizations can submit only one application. The project should commence on or after January 1st, 2027.
Please follow these steps
- Confirm that your organization is eligible and that your project aligns with our criteria.
- Gather all the required documents, and make sure to use our official templates for the budget, financial templates, and curriculum.
- Go to our Applicant Portal and register or log in. Note: all users must create a new account in our renewed system.
- Fill out the application form in English and upload all necessary documents. Please use Latin script when completing the form and naming your files.
- Submit the application form.
- Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your completed application form and a list of the filenames of the documents you uploaded.
After submission
The Board evaluates all applications and applicants will be informed of the outcome in December.
