We have decided to refine our funding focus to education and leadership. Starting with the 2025 application round (deadline: July 1, 2025), grants will be awarded exclusively to projects focused on education and leadership. By focusing on these areas, we aim to enhance knowledge transfer and develop strong leadership within Jewish communities.
Education
Our focus will be on bringing people together (online/offline), encouraging them and equipping organizations to strengthen the connection of Jews with their Jewish identity by knowledge transfer. We aim for projects that contribute to strengthening Jewish identity and strengthening Jewish Communities.
Leadership
Our leadership focus will center on leadership initiatives by organizations in which they facilitate their own growth and/or the development of individuals to realize their potential as leaders within Jewish communities.
Who Can Apply?
We only support NGOs and Jewish communities, our primary focus is on people and organizations with a Jewish background. If you are unsure whether your project meets our new criteria, feel free to contact us.
Upcoming Information Sessions
On May 8th, 2025, we will host an online roundtable event to provide further information on our updated funding focus and answer questions. This event is particularly relevant for organizations involved in educational or leadership projects, but all interested partners are welcome to join.
Additionally, in April and May 2025, we will offer bookable one-on-one sessions where our partners can speak directly with the JHF staff about the new application process. Please feel free to contact us directly for assistance.
