During this lecture, former Secretary-general of NATO and former minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer addressed Frank Majoor, one of the founders of the Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund, at his farewell at the Fund.
